The opening day of Derby Days at Sigma Chi was a huge success! The director of Children’s Miracle Network and two incredible Miracle Kids reminded all of us of the true meaning of our philanthropic event: to give children a second chance at life. Alongside their family, survivors shared truly incredible stories of overcoming life threatening illnesses through the help and support of our charity, CMN! All the participants are all anticipating a great week of raising money for this notable charity.
Here at Sigma Chi, we love helping people our way: through fun and invigorating competition! Our 3v3 Basketball tournament is now underway and as usual, tricycle racing was more than entertaining this year… especially given the demolition derby style figure 8 track! We all look forward to more fun as Sumo Wrestling is tomorrow along with our Tug-O-War event!
