The Beta Kappa Chapter of Sigma Chi formally pledged 33 young men from the University of Oklahoma this evening. A long summer of rush events finally pays off thanks to Rush Chairman Justin Ezell and his rush team, Adam Grable, Andrew Dutcher, Justin Rackleff, Hunter Jurney, and all the brothers and alumni of Beta Kappa that donated their time, their money and their resources to help us find the strongest, most eligible men in University of Oklahoma rush.
Tonights formal pledging was conducted by Sean McLaughlin, our chapter’s Consul and Ethan Goins, their Magister for 2009. Events went off without a hitch, as all 33 pledges are now in possession of their Norman Shields and official Sigma Chi Pledge Pins as they begin their trek through the adventure of Sigma Chi training. We wish all these young men the best of luck, and look forward to the development of their perseverance and character through this year as they are made ready for brotherhood in the Beta Kappa Chapter of Sigma Chi.
